This is another surname with the same pronunciation but different kanji characters.

Unlike the common Japanese Nakamura (where the first character is “中” meaning center), this one uses “仲” meaning harmony or friendship.
Its primary origin is in Okinawa, where the Ryukyu Kingdom once existed. A branch of the Ryukyu royal family bore the surname Nakamura. It is also said to have been changed from the Ryukyu reading of Ganeko (我如古), which is pronounced Nakamura. Another theory suggests it was shortened from Nandasagari (仲村渠) in the same region.
Other origins include Nakamura villages (仲村郷) throughout Japan and place names.
Approximately 30,000 people nationwide bear this surname.
This is roughly the capacity of Geodis Park in Nashville, Tennessee.
It is a relatively small number compared to all surnames in Japan.

Explanation of this calligraphy:

The top row is in hiragana, the middle row in kanji, and the bottom row in katakana, all written horizontally.
