We wish you good health.
Health refers to a state of physical, mental, and social well-being, and not simply the absence of illness or infirmity, but also a balanced lifestyle.
Physical health refers to
a state of being free from illness and injury, with normal bodily functions. Moderate exercise is essential. Exercising and sweating activates norepinephrine, a brain chemical that responds to stress, thereby reducing stress. Additionally, brain chemicals like dopamine, which bring pleasure, are activated, leading to improved motivation.
A balanced diet and eating habits are also essential. Poor eating habits can lead to lifestyle-related diseases, so avoid skipping meals or snacking excessively, and be mindful of overeating. Instead, focus on maintaining a balanced diet with three proper meals a day. While excessive alcohol consumption can cause stress, the key is not to abstain entirely but to drink in moderation.
Mental health
Mental health refers to the state of one’s mind, not just the absence of illness, but also the ability to live a vibrant and authentic life.
To maintain mental health, it is important to understand stress, recognize it early, and develop a lifestyle that allows you to cope with it effectively.
Stress refers to a state of tension caused by external stimuli, and various stimuli and changes in daily life can be factors.
It is important to get adequate sleep to recover from fatigue and recharge for the next day. Rest does not mean simply lying around; it means relaxing, reflecting on oneself, or engaging in hobbies or sports that one can become absorbed in.
Japanese calls “ken ko”.
In Japan, there is a saying, “Illness comes from the mind.” A healthy mind and body are also referred to as “genki” (vitality). Let’s strive to live each day with vitality.
